Crown Estates Block W4 - Mace
Logistics and hoarding design challenge for Leaner
The latest phase of the Crown Estates’s redevelopment of Regents Street,
Block
W4, has begun. Preserving the listed facades, the £210m scheme will combine 50,000sq ft of retail space with 140,000sq ft of Grade A office space.
Project managed by Mace, Leaner is providing site set-up, logistics, fire plans
and security, utilising our newly introduced remote monitoring CCTV cameras.
Logistics in this instance are particularly challenging; the area attracts a
considerable number of tourists and the two way street has been temporarily
reduced to one way access. Additionally, Crown Estates are an exacting
